( The first image on the screen when it lights up with activity is the ever-gazing, wide eyes of a relatively expressionless Espurr. It's definitely unsettling. As the frame pans out, one can see Levi in the background—seated on a couch—and it becomes obvious that the aforementioned Espurr is the one who's not only turned on Levi's PokéGear, but is moving it as well.
A beeping from the device is what gets Levi's attention; Espurr is silent, something he's thankful for, although that only gives the Pokémon more unwarranted freedom. An impatient 'tch' is heard as Levi gets up from his spot and closes in on the frame to lift the device and take it into his own hands. His brow is furrowed, and he's about to shut off the feed before he realizes 'Well, this is as good an opportunity as any to take advantage of an audience.' ) Oi.
This one's fucked up. ( He gestures to the Espurr—still endlessly gazing, although its wide eyes have now focused on Levi, who'd stolen its toy. Who even does that? How do you know Espurr didn't have important shit to say?
Levi's expression, when he turns back to the camera, is a cross between a grimace and a sneer. ) It doesn't make any noise. It doesn't fucking blink. It just looks like this, all the time. Is this shit normal?
( After a second, Levi makes a sound like a sigh. ) But then it gets up to shit like this when I'm not looking. My other one doesn't do that. Is it bored? Am I not feeding it enough? Fuck.
( Narrowing his eyes a bit, Levi glances at the Espurr once more, then back at the camera as he holds his finger on the 'END' button. )
It's creepy as hell. ( Another 'tch' sound, then the feed shuts off. )

Yeah, getting cannibalized by anything is definitely not my ...thing. [Kind of reminds her of a fight against a giant spirit-thing though.] Can you do anything to them? [because she'd fight them, call it a ten thousand year old reincarnation cycle of trying bring peace into the world.
aaand she winces, half visibly even.]
Iiit does, but it also means, that people know my weaknesses and that there are too many people, who try to either kidnap me or kill me.
[Shrug, because then she just deals with insane idiots somehow. Except she's almost dying in her canon point, ooops.
Nothing to be jealous for... well, okay yes there is.]
video;
[ then; ]
Yes. We can kill them; which we do, although it's not exactly a bunch of fun.
video;
[because it's not a fun life situation to be in, if you're everyone's target all the time.
O--Ohhh.]
Well, killing is never a bunch of fun. [Been there, done that once and trying it again in her current canon point.] But when it's the only way to survive, or the only thing you can do, then I can't really say I wouldn't do it too.
video;
humanity's strongest self-satisfaction tbqh ]
[ Then, after a few more seconds, his expression is sobering from her words. He clears his throat and takes a moment, steeling himself almost. ]
Yeah. Yeah. And you know what? It was fine, shit was pretty all right, killing these fucking giant monsters—they're monsters after all, we don't know what they're fucking doing—we don't know why they're doing it—
[ Levi's feeling somewhat... talkative. Or, as he told Eren the one time, "I'm always talkative." haha. insert eren's awkward laughter. sure you are, levi. ]
But they might be people. You know how fucked up that is? They could be people, and we didn't know until just now. That's a fucking problem.
—but, whatever. It isn't happening here. Cuddly animals and shit are happening here.

[Korra looks curious when she looks at his face and hears the sound. Ummm, are you okay, mister?
Her face gets a lot more serious as he speaks. That world sounds... horrible. Right right, killing those, who you can't do anything else about is what you kind of have to do, but as she said, it's never fun. Especially when she's supposed to be some peace and balance bringer, a ha ha... But she gets it. It's just one of the darkest worlds she's ever even heard of, her own is -- a lot more peaceful compared to that even though she's always in some kind of danger but she can deal with that.
Yeah, hello suddenly you're being very talkative, mister. Not that Korra minds, at all, she's always curious to hear about other worlds even if they're some kind of horror... but she notices it.
And she looks shocked hearing that they might be people.... uh, yeah, that's a ... problem.]
That's ... [ a really fucking big problem and really fucked up as you might say it, Levi, but this is Korra so there'll be less fucks in the way she speaks.] ... Seriously messed up and sounds really horrible. [ugh, what is she supposed to even say.] Maybe you'll find a way to turn them back to people? If you don't -- well, aren't you kind of helping them to get away from it even by killing them? B-because you're killing them and even if they don't have anything left of their mind left, I don't think they'd want to be around just to be monsters, who kill what they used to be.
[Sigh. Maybe her mind is just a mess right now. Or well, actually, it's been a mess ever since she woke up in chains at Zaheer's hiding place or ever since the man airbended her father down from the mountain... She swallows. Story time? Story time!]
I've only killed someone once, so I have no idea how it feels to kill so many, and this one went peacefully after our insane fight with a form of bending, so I have no experience in other ways of it either...
But he used to be a human too, a relative of mine actually, before he decided to mess with some huge power that's like the opposite of my powers. Because I guess he wanted to get powers like I have to end the world or start a new one, doesn't really matter what he wanted to with them because it wasn't a good plan.
It -- didn't go well for him in the end, and there was nothing I could do to get him back from that transformation or whatever you want to call it. But he used to be a human, and then he wasn't and my options were to either die or survive, and dying is never a real option... So yes, I know at least something about how messed up it can be to do that to someone, who used to be a human before.
[STILL A LOT LESS MESSED UP THAN YOUR WORLD, BUT WELL SHE'S FROM A KID'S SHOW ANYWAY.]
...and it's generally like that here, yeah, but weird things happen around the end of November and May. We won't really remember much about it, but they might show up, or anyone you know or have known might show up, or anyone's powers might work during a one, very weird weekend, that feels more like a dream later. No one really has many details about it, it's like we forget whatever happens or remember bits from here and there. [So maybe it's just a dream, who knows.]
video;
No, as Korra has just pointed out to him, it appears to be much more complicated than that. ]
According to what I've read, plans to... end the world don't ever really seem to be good ones.
[ then; ]
Weird things—bad or good, these "weird" things?
video;
Yeah, they really don't. Which is why in my home, there's me and my friends to stop anyone from doing so, even if it's complicated...
[Humans fighting against humans is always complicated. Or fighting against something that used to be humans even, wow. Ten thousand years of world saving experience, right here, not that she's going to brag with that considering ... everything that's happened or the recent body count there but yeah.]
No one's not really sure? But seeing friends and loved ones from home would be good. But seeing anything or anyone we fight against would be bad -- be it those titans, some crazy people from where I'm from or well, I'm kinda in the middle of some serious poisoning there right now. I think that could return along with my powers too... [NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO FINDING OUT, actually, though she used to be excited hearing about those weird weekends.]
