Yes, they'll catch something you don't have unless they already have something like that and want to give it away. And if they're in a different city, those weird machines in the PokeCenter help with sending the pokemon over to both.

[someone should probably tell these two, that breeders don't need to win gym battles for easier traveling since their pokemon only need to know the move. So they could just borrow the HM discs from others... Except gym battles and experience is still good, so she'll probably go for that challenge too for easy money and other stuff.]

I think that is a very good idea, sir. But we can find all the cats too.

[What's a Charizard? Ask Korra, or then don't because hers is still staying in PC all the time and not getting out of there for a good long while since it's a lvl 100 from a dropped character.]
